30614_1332875733597_3501791_nAirial Clark is a San Francisco Bay Area based parenting expert and sexologist. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in both Anthropology and English Literature at U.C. Berkeley, she was offered admission to the only human sexuality master’s program in the U.S. at San Francisco State University. She completed research for her master’s thesis on race, family structures and alternative sexuality in 2012, all while raising her two sons as a single parent.

Airial is a contributing writer and content expert for several award-winning media outlets including Plaid for Women, the Good Vibrations Magazine, Shades Magazine, Oakland Local, Fearless Press where she writes on the intersections of parenting and sexuality. She has been interviewed as a parenting expert for Salon.com and The San Francisco Bay Guardian and a featured guest on international radio programs such as Sex Out Load with Tristan Taormino, Sex Talk With Monika, and Sexxx Talk Radio. In collaboration with organizations including the Center for Sex and Culture (CSC) and the Center for Research and Education on Gender and Sexuality (CREGS), Airial has led workshops where she provides parents and caregivers with the tools they need to become the resident sexuality expert for their families. Currently, Airial is completing the Interchange Coaching and Counseling Training program to earn her certification.
